Payment reports help Administrators keep on top of what is owed and what has been received. You will find them under Payments β†’ Reports, with a payment export available alongside your payment history.

Aged Debtors Report

This report lists outstanding corporate and student invoices, grouped into ageing buckets, as at a date you choose.

  1. Go to Payments β†’ Reports and select the Aged Debtors Report card.

  2. Set the As-of Date β€” the report reflects outstanding balances as at the end of this date.

  3. Choose a Report Mode: Summary shows totals per debtor, while Detailed lists each invoice.

  4. Optionally limit it to specific companies β€” leave this empty to include all corporate and student debtors.

  5. Select Download Report to download an Excel file.

Exporting payments

From Payments β†’ Student Payments β†’ Payments, use Export to download your payment history as a CSV for a date range of up to one year.

Reports use the actual payment date

Payment reports are based on the actual date each payment was received, not the date the invoice was raised. Because of this, editing the date on a manually recorded payment changes how it appears in reports. If you correct a payment's date, re-generate any reports you have already produced so the figures stay accurate.
