State-funded (government-funded) enrolments let you record training that is paid for, in full or in part, under a government funding program. Funding is set up by Administrators and then recorded against individual enrolments.

Set up your funding

Funding programs are defined nationally β€” you select the ones relevant to your organisation and record the purchasing contracts you report against.

  1. Go to Settings and open the Funding section, under Government funding.

  2. Select New contract.

  3. Choose the Funding program for the contract, enter the Contract identifier issued by your State Training Authority, and add an optional description.

  4. Add one or more schedule identifiers for the contract, then save.

If no funding programs are available for your state yet, contact support to have your state's programs enabled.

Record funding on an enrolment

  1. Open the enrolment from Enrolments and find the Funding & AVETMISS card on the Details tab.

  2. Select Edit.

  3. Choose the funding source. For a government-funded program, also select the purchasing contract schedule it is reported against.

  4. Where the program requires it, enter the training contract identifier, the client tuition fee, and any fee or exemption concession code.

  5. Save your changes.

Funded enrolments show a Government funded badge. If any required funding or AVETMISS details are missing, a Funding needs attention warning lists what still needs to be provided.
