Group and corporate bookings

Bookings let you organise enrolments for groups of people. There are two kinds: corporate bookings for an employer or organisation, and group bookings made by a coordinator on behalf of several people. Find them under Bookings, split across the Corporate and Group tabs.

Create a corporate booking

  1. Go to Bookings and select New Corporate Booking.

  2. Company β€” find an existing company or add a new one.

  3. Coordinators β€” add one or more coordinators to manage the booking. This step is optional; you can create a corporate booking without a coordinator and add one later.

  4. Details β€” set the booking name and options such as Purchase Order Number, Paid Externally, Allow Enrolments in Public Classes, Allow Coordinator Class Requests, and Notify Coordinators on Enrolment.

  5. Courses β€” choose the courses to include.

  6. Review β€” check everything, then select Create Booking.

If you added coordinators, they are emailed the booking details.

How group bookings work

A group booking is made by a coordinator who books several attendees β€” including themselves, if they wish β€” onto a class. Group bookings appear in your admin area under the Group tab, where you can search and review them.

How coordinators manage group bookings

Coordinators have their own Group Bookings area, described as the bookings they have made for themselves and others.

  1. The coordinator opens a group booking to see its attendees and details.

  2. They can update attendee and business details from the booking.

  3. To finalise, they follow the booking link to pay and then reach a confirmation step.

Once confirmed, the enrolments are created and the coordinator receives confirmation of their booking.
