The Classes area is where you set up and keep track of every class your organisation runs. This guide covers creating classes and finding your way around the list.

Create a single class

  1. Go to Classes.

  2. Open the new class form and choose the class template the class is based on.

  3. Set the sessions, dates, times, location and trainer, then save.

Create several classes at once

If you run the same class on a repeating schedule, you can set up multiple classes together.

  1. On the Classes page, select Create Classes.

  2. On the first step, choose your class template and lay out the pattern of sessions and dates you need.

  3. Move to the Review step to check the classes that will be created.

  4. Confirm to create them all in one go.

Finding classes in the list

The classes list shows all your classes, with search, filters and sorting.

  • Use Search classes to find a class by name.

  • Use the preset views to switch quickly between Upcoming Classes and Past Classes.

  • Sort by any column heading. The list keeps the sort order you choose as you search and filter.

  • Export the current view to a spreadsheet, or select several classes to update them together.

What trainers see

Trainers have their own Classes area, which opens on the Upcoming tab so their next classes are front and centre. Each class card shows the number of students enrolled, so trainers can see class sizes at a glance.
