The Calendar gives you a visual overview of every class session, and flags sessions that need attention. Open it from the main menu.
Moving around the calendar
Go to Calendar.
Switch between month and week views, and use the arrows to move between dates.
Select any session to open its summary, including its sessions, trainers and location.
π· Screenshot to be added: the calendar in month view.
Filtering the calendar
Use the filters along the top to narrow down what you see. You can combine filters and select more than one option in each.
Filter by location to see only sessions at a particular venue.
Filter by class template to focus on a single course.
Filter by trainer to see a trainer's schedule.
Alerts to look out for
The calendar automatically highlights sessions with a problem, colour-coded by how urgent they are. Look out for:
No trainer assigned β a session has no trainer. The warning becomes more urgent as the start date gets closer.
Over capacity β more people are enrolled than the class maximum allows, showing how many over it is.
Under quota β enrolments are below the class minimum, with a reminder as the enrolment cutoff approaches or passes.
Trainer double-booked β the same trainer is scheduled for two overlapping sessions.
Venue double-booked β two overlapping sessions share the same venue.
Work through these alerts by assigning a trainer, adjusting enrolments, or rescheduling the session.
