The Settings area is where you configure how RTOPilot works for your organisation. It's organised into tabs, each covering a different part of your setup. This article gives you an overview so you know where to find things; individual settings are covered in more detail in their own articles.
Getting there
From the admin portal, open Settings.
Use the tabs along the top to move between the different areas.

What each tab covers
Organisation β your core details, including your organisation name, RTOPilot code, RTO code and support email, along with trainer portal options, partner settings and your legal documents such as your privacy policy and terms of service.
Company β your company details and registered address, including legal name, ABN and contact information used on invoices.
Theme β your branding. Set your colours, upload your logo and icon, and customise how your certificates look. These carry through to your student portal and automated emails.
Payment β how payments and invoicing work, split across student payments, billing, invoices, general options and your Xero connection.
Enrolments β how enrolments behave, including options such as allowing students to cancel or transfer, and the post-enrolment survey.
USI β your Unique Student Identifier configuration.
Funding β government funding options and your purchasing contracts.
People β your staff and their access.
Growth & Marketing β settings that support promoting your courses.
Making changes
Within each tab, look for an Edit button on the section you want to change. Make your updates and save. Some tabs, such as Payment and Funding, are further divided into their own sub-sections, so check the sub-tabs if you can't immediately see the setting you're after.
Only administrators can change organisation settings. If you can't see the Settings area, check your access level with an administrator at your organisation.
