Partners

A partnership in RTOPilot links two organisations so one can deliver training on the other's accredited scope. There are two roles:
Delivery partners β organisations that deliver training on your accredited scope. Here you are the sponsor.
Sponsors β RTOs that sponsor you to deliver training on their accredited scope. The Sponsors section only appears once you have at least one.
When you deliver under a sponsor's scope, the training runs against their accredited scope, and certificates and AVETMISS reporting flow through their RTO.

Setting up a partnership
Select Add partner and choose the direction.
Inviting a delivery partner
Choose this when you are the sponsoring RTO.
Enter the Partner email address. An invitation code and sign-in link are emailed there.
Optionally select the Sponsored units from your scope the partner may deliver, and any shared LMS courses. These can be changed later.
Select Send invitation. RTOPilot shows an invite code you can copy and share as a backup.
Your partner signs in (or creates an account), then enters the code under Partners β Add partner to confirm. The invitation stays in your partners list until it is redeemed.
Accepting a partnership invitation
Choose this when another RTO has invited you.
Select Add partner, then Accept a partnership invitation.
Enter the partnership code from the invitation email.
Review the details and confirm to link your accounts.
Managing a partnership
Open a partnership to see its status (Pending, Active or Inactive) and, as the sponsor, tabs for Overview, Unit scope, Enrolments and, where relevant, LMS courses. As the sponsor you can:
Edit partnership β adjust the units and courses in the partner's scope.
Disable partnership β stop the partner starting new enrolments on your scope.
Enable partnership β allow new enrolments again.
Use the search boxes above each list to find a partner or sponsor by name, support email or RTO code.
